Friction at the gate. Do not improvise wider — anchor with values, build the founding team, install the local rules.

屯如邅如，乘马班如。匪寇婚媾，女子贞不字，十年乃字。
Difficulties pile up. Horse and wagon turn back. Not robbers — suitors. The maiden stays steadfast and does not pledge; after ten years she pledges.
Counterparties' intent is unclear. Reject short-term seductive deals. Steadfastness over a decade may be required.

⚋ yin
即鹿无虞，惟入于林中，君子几，不如舍，往吝。
Whoever hunts deer without a forester only loses their way in the forest. The superior person discerns; better to abandon the chase. To advance brings humiliation.
Entering unfamiliar terrain without a guide is reckless. Knowing when to walk away is a form of advance.

乘马班如，求婚媾，往吉，无不利。
Horse and wagon turn back. Strive for union. To go brings good fortune; nothing is unfavorable.
Drop pride and seek alliance across boundaries. Cross-functional or cross-industry help is the breakthrough.

⚊ yang
屯其膏，小贞吉，大贞凶。
Difficulties blocking the rich rewards. Small steadfastness brings good fortune; great steadfastness brings misfortune.
Resources are locked. Incremental fixes work; sweeping transformation overloads the system.

乘马班如，泣血涟如。
Horse and wagon turn back. Bloody tears flow.
Capacity has fallen behind the environment and pride forbids asking for help. Total deadlock.
